Awaken the Goddess Within

Awaken the Goddess Within

Join Janine from Inner Glow Wellness and me, Amanda, for a powerful and heart-centred afternoon of Yoga with the Goddess — a sacred space to reconnect with your feminine essence and awaken the goddess energy that resides within.

As proud Métis women, Janine and I will weave elements of our cultural teachings into this experience, honouring the wisdom of our ancestors while creating a supportive and uplifting environment for all who attend.

In a world that often misunderstands or suppresses the feminine, we are being called—now more than ever—to rise together. This workshop is a celebration of strength, softness, and sisterhood. Let’s come together in unity, support, and empowerment as we honour the divine feminine within and around us.

The afternoon will include:

  • Grounding Breathwork and Pelvic Floor Practices led by Janine.

  • Chakra Dance and Wall Poses to activate your lower chakras with Amanda.

  • A deeply relaxing Sound Journey to close the circle.

Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, empowered, and connected.

What to Expect:

This sacred gathering will take place in a fully equipped yoga studio located within a private residence. Mats and props will be provided for your comfort and support.

We recommend bringing a water bottle, along with a journal and pen to capture any insights or AHA moments that may arise throughout the experience.

Please note: Parking in the area can be limited. We encourage you to arrive a little early to allow time to find a spot and settle in—some light walking may be required.

Feel free to arrive early or linger after—doors will be open 15 minutes on either side of class for grounding or connecting with others.

Location: 15600 Cliff Ave, White Rock, BC
Cost: $60 +tax
