I’m so excited to bring you another Tea & Tarot—a beautiful afternoon for women to gather, release, renew, and uplift.

Together, Inner Glow Wellness, Malary’s Creative Hub (formerly Malary’s Fashion Network) and I have created an experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

TEA & TAROT FLOW

Arrival: 1:00 – 1:30 PM
Come in, settle, and get comfortable.

1:30 PM
We’ll begin with introductions and share how the afternoon will unfold.

2:00 PM (sharp)
Please be sure to arrive before this time if you’d like to receive the full experience. Amanda will guide a mini sound bath to ground you, helping you drop into your body and ease into the rest of the afternoon.
*No need to bring a yoga mat, chairs will be provided.

2:30 PM Onward

Explore at your own pace.

You’ll be invited to move through a variety of thoughtfully curated stations:

Tea Bar Experience
The heart of the day. Choose from over 15 dried herbs and flowers—including lavender, rose, mint, hibiscus, and calendula—to create your own custom tea blends. Sip your creations throughout the afternoon and take home five of your own blends to enjoy later.

While this is not a full herbal workshop, we will provide binders with information on the benefits of each herb, along with simple blend ideas to inspire and guide your experience.
☕ Bring your fanciest teacup—the more extra, the better! There’s a prize for the most ornate and fabulous mug of the day.

Intention Garden
Create your own mini planter as a reflection of what you wish to grow in your life in 2026. Seeds generously provided by West Coast Seeds.

Creative Corner
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect through a simple colouring/craft station—an invitation to soften and return to play.

Tarot Readings (2:30 – 3:30 PM)
Amanda will be offering one-card tarot readings by donation—guidance for your next best step. Sign-up is first come, first served. Please note these are one-card mini readings to allow everyone who would like a reading the opportunity to participate and receive guidance.

Chakra Clearing (3:30 - 4:30 PM)
Janine will be offering mini chakra clearings by donation. A chakra clearing is a gentle energetic practice intended to help restore balance within the body’s energy centres, known as chakras. These centres are believed to influence our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

• Receive one non-alcoholic mimosa upon arrival, thanks to the ladies at Sansorium.

• A gift bag valued at $50.

• Access to a curated DIY tea bar — craft your own herbal blends and take home 5 custom tea bags.

• Light snacks and refreshments (coffee, tea, water) will be provided.

There will also be a local artisan shopping area featuring beautiful handmade offerings from small businesses in our community. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support local makers and perhaps find something special to take home with you.

Come comfy, come casual. This is a no-judgment, cozy kind of gathering, so wear whatever makes you feel relaxed and radiant.

This day is meant to be gentle, spacious, and nourishing. Move intuitively, take what you need, and allow yourself to be supported.
