Welcome to Energy Yoga & Dance, a unique fusion of mindful movement and freeform expression designed to awaken your body, mind, and soul.

In this practice, we begin with grounding yoga poses that connect breath to body and body to earth, cultivating presence and inner calm. From there, we transition into intuitive dance—an open invitation to release tension, spark joy, and celebrate your authentic self through free movement. Each session concludes with a soothing Yin Yoga or restorative practice, allowing you to fully unwind, relax, and restore balance.

Classes are just $5 +tax — because right now, it feels like the world could use a little more calm, and we could all benefit from some yoga in our lives. This is my commitment to the community: to provide an accessible, affordable way to relax, restore, and move safely from the comfort of your own home.

Whether you’re new to yoga and dance or a seasoned mover, this space is for you. No choreography, no judgment — just the freedom to move how you feel, at your own pace. This class is designed to be accessible and safe to do at home, with gentle movements that don’t require complicated alignment or risk of injury. Most participants choose to turn their cameras off, allowing them to fully relax, move freely, and enjoy the session without any pressure or self-consciousness.

  • Energy Yoga & Dance is a movement experience that blends yoga, breath, and mindful dance. It’s designed to support self-expression, release stress, and create connection through both stillness and flow.

  • Not at all! All levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, each class is guided in a way that allows you to move at your own pace and comfort level.

  • Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Some people also like to bring a light sweater or blanket for the cool-down.

  • The playlist is carefully curated to support the energy of class — starting grounded, building into rhythm and expression, and closing with calming, restorative sounds. Expect an eclectic mix that inspires both movement and stillness.

  • Yes and no. While you’ll move your body, sweat, and build strength, this practice is just as much about emotional release, mindfulness, and inner connection as it is about physical fitness.

  • Absolutely! Flexibility is not a requirement. Elevated Yoga & Dance is about expression and presence, not about achieving a certain posture.

  • Class is from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The first half hour from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM is the community CBD-sesh. Come learn how CBD can support your yoga practice. The community CBD sesh is optional, if you wish to skip this part, yoga begins at 8:00 PM.

  • Not at all. This is a judgment-free space. The focus is on how movement feels in your body, not how it looks. Many participants find the freedom to move intuitively very empowering.

    Most participants choose to turn their cameras off during class.

  • That’s completely up to you. Some students come weekly, while others drop in when they need a reset. The benefits deepen with consistent practice.
